Counseling Application

Welcome to the MI-SBTDC online counseling application tool!  Requesting a counseling meeting is easy - just follow the steps below!

1. Select your county from the dropdown list, or enter your zip code and click the Continue button 
2. From the map on the following page select a location
3. Click on Online Request for Counseling.
4. Provide your email address and answer a few brief questions about yourself.
5. Submit your registration.
